Ms. Sinensky's practice focuses on disputes involving divorce, equitable distribution, custody, visitation, child and spousal support, paternity, domestic violence, as well as other areas of family and matrimonial practice before New York trial and appellate courts. Ms. Sinensky also represents individuals in the drafting and negotiation of prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
Prior to becoming Of Counsel to the Salloway Law Group PC, Ms. Sinensky was associated with the international law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, and the prominent matrimonial and family law practice of Bronstein, Van Veen & Schuck LLC.
During law school at Georgetown University Law Center, Ms. Sinensky served as Administrative Editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. She is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Through the organization inMotion, Ms. Sinensky has represented numerous pro bono clients in matrimonial and family law matters. Ms. Sinensky was the author of the "Large Firm Life" columns in The New York Law Journal, a featured speaker at the Pro Bono Institute's Annual Seminar, and was honored by The Legal Aid Society for outstanding pro bono service.
